My History

1980

We started our operations with the production of injection molds.

With its expert team, our company has offered all kinds of metal and plastic injection molds to consumers. Thanks to its work and policies, it quickly gained the appreciation of the sector and took steady steps towards growth.

1983

Our company acquired plastic injection molding machines.

We started producing plastic equipment. Our ever-evolving company uses the latest technology to provide the best service to this industry with its accumulated experience, enabling faster and higher quality production. In addition to projects with partner companies, it also provides technical support, maintenance, repair, improvement, and training services.

1990

We began manufacturing plastic components for paint rollers.

Starting the production of plastic components for paint rollers in 1990, our company became a brand in the paint roller market by offering custom equipment and innovations. Furthermore, it proved its quality leadership by developing the seamless, one-piece roller bobbin, a first in the market.

2005

We renewed our machinery infrastructure.

Our company took another major step in business life by incorporating and moving to its new 1000 m² facility. Never hesitating to invest its earnings back into the business, our company strives to create good employment opportunities for our country.

2007

We succeeded in producing seamless, one-piece paint roller fabric.

Our company, which succeeded in producing seamless, one-piece paint roller fabric, started manufacturing high-quality paint rollers under the brand ZİRVE RULO. Becoming an integrated facility, our company will continue to manufacture and develop painting tools, molds, and improvements.

2018

We transitioned to the cross-knit system.

A major revision was made to the paint roller fabric knitting machines, transitioning to the cross-knit system developed through our in-house R&D efforts. Rollers produced with this system do not suffer from pilling/felting. Thanks to this system, the quality of Zirve Roller gained even more renown.

2020

We moved to our new production facility.

We moved to our new 2000 m² facility. With new machines added to our infrastructure, we increased our production capacity. We will continue to progress on our path without compromising our principles of quality, honesty, and stability.
