Our History

1980

We started our journey with injection mold production.

With its expert team, the company offered all kinds of metal and plastic injection molds to consumers. Thanks to its work and policies, it quickly gained the appreciation of the sector and took steady steps toward growth.

1983

Our company acquired plastic injection machines.

We started producing plastic equipment. Always renewing itself, our company uses the latest technology to provide the best service to this sector with its accumulated experience, enabling faster and higher quality production. In addition to projects carried out with partner companies, we also provide technical support, maintenance, repair, improvement, and training services.

1990

We began manufacturing plastic equipment for paint rollers.

In that year, our company started producing plastic equipment for paint rollers and became a brand in the paint roller market by offering custom equipment and innovations to companies. Moreover, we developed the first seamless one-piece roller bobbin, proving our quality leadership.

2005

We renewed our machinery fleet.

We took another major step in business life by incorporating in our new 1000 m² facility. Our company, striving to create a good employment area for our country, never hesitated to invest its savings into its operations.

2007

We succeeded in producing seamless one-piece paint roller fabric.

Having succeeded in producing seamless one-piece paint roller fabric, our company started manufacturing high-quality paint rollers under the brand ZİRVE RULO. Having become an integrated facility, our company will continue producing paint tools, molds, and improvements.

2018

We transitioned to a cross-knit system.

A major revision was made on paint roller fabric knitting machines, and we switched to a cross-knit system developed through in-house R&D. Rollers produced with this system do not pill. Thanks to this system, the quality of Zirve Roller gained even more reputation.

2020

We moved to our new production facility.

We moved to our new 2000 m² facility. With new machines added to our fleet, we increased our production capacity. We will continue moving forward without giving up our principles of quality, honesty, and stability.
